This is the place to meet and hear what some of the CEOs in The B.E.S.T. Groups have to say about their experience with their group. Some of these CEOs have been in the group since the start, others for over three years and most of the others have been in for two years.

CEO and business owners of the group are selected after going through a comprehensive selection process designed to help us select the best candidates. This process has changed over the years as we learned what factors were really important. We now look at 22 personal factors. We know from the guys in the group and many years of experience what makes a good fit. Also, we look at the size, type, stage of development, and geographical location of their businesses. We don't allow competitors to be in the same group nor businesses with a significant relationship with each other. This is because we want the CEOs to be able to bring up their gut wrenching issues in a confidential setting. They would not be able to with either of those group represented.
