Our 6-Step Selection Process
We don’t just look for successful businesses; we look for successful humans. Our 22-factor assessment evaluates your core values, communication effectiveness, and willingness to maintain radical confidentiality.
Identification: Candidates are nominated or identified through qualification-specific research.
Screening: An initial brief to determine if you qualify to enter the formal process.
The Selection Interview: A 90-minute deep dive into your leadership “fingerprints” and business goals.
The Invitation: The Group Chairman determines fit and extends a formal invitation to join the cohort.
Member Acceptance: You decide if the group’s dynamic and commitment level align with your vision.
Onboarding: Your first 1-to-1 coaching session is scheduled to prepare your introduction to the group.
Collective Intelligence only works when every leader is fully "in the room"
The Membership Commitment
Membership is more than a monthly meeting; it is a commitment to the growth of every peer in your group. Members are expected to:
Maintain 100% confidentiality regarding all group discussions.
Attend meetings regularly and punctually.
Freely share knowledge, expertise, and “hard-won” lessons.
Foster an employee-oriented culture within their own organizations.
